1. What Data We Collect
When you use Entroscope, we collect:
- Account information: email address, name
- Idea submissions: titles, descriptions, industry selections, and related details you provide for analysis
- Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers
- Usage data: pages visited, features used (via privacy-respecting analytics)
2. How We Use Your Data
- To analyze your startup ideas using our AI-powered framework
- To create and manage your account
- To process payments
- To send you analysis results and account-related notifications
- To improve our service (aggregated, non-identifiable data only)
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
- Database: Supabase (hosted on AWS, EU region)
- AI Processing: Anthropic Claude API (US). Anthropic does not use API data for model training. See Anthropic API Terms
- Payments: Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Email: Resend
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained until you delete your account. Upon account deletion, all your ideas, analysis results, and personal data are permanently removed within 30 days.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View all data we hold about you
- Delete: Delete your account and all associated data
- Export: Download your ideas and analyses
- Rectify: Update your personal information

6. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following services only as necessary:
- Anthropic: Your idea descriptions are sent for AI analysis
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Resend: Email delivery
- Vercel: Hosting and analytics
We never sell your data to third parties.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication. Analytics cookies (Vercel Analytics) are only enabled with your consent.
