2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
3. Intellectual Property
- Your ideas: You retain full ownership of all idea descriptions and content you submit
- Our analysis: The analysis reports, scoring methodology, and recommendations are our intellectual property
- No cross-use: Your ideas are never shared with or visible to other users
4. Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering our analysis methodology or AI framework
- Automated or bulk submissions designed to extract methodology details
- Sharing account access with unauthorized parties
- Submitting content that violates applicable laws
5. Payments & Refunds
- Prices are displayed in USD and charged at the time of purchase
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Money-back guarantee: 14-day refund period on all paid analyses, no questions asked
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

7. Limitation of Liability
Entroscope is provided "as is". We are not liable for business decisions made based on our analysis. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific analysis in question.
8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This will permanently remove all your data, including ideas, analyses, and payment records (except as required by law). Deletion is processed within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
